Meet Ambika (Lata) Warrier and her family

Hi everybody,

It’s indeed great to see the Warriers of India getting under one roof, kudos to the team who have driven this project!

I am Ambika Warrier (nick named Lata) a true blue Bombay-ite is now settled in Delhi for over 11 years.

I work with Adobe Systems Inc. as Customer Service Specialist, World Wide Customer Care. I have been associated with Adobe for five years now. Before joining Adobe, have worked with organizations like Rothmans and Reuters. Working with various industries has given me an insight into cultural differences existing between them and I have enjoyed working with each of these organizations. I love listening to carnatic music and enjoys watching good dance shows.

A Delhi-ite, my husband, Sudhir Warrier works with IRCTC as Dy. General Manager – Hospitality prior to which he was with ITDC and was posted at the prestigious Hyderabad House taking care of high profile functions of the Prime Minster of India. A cricket buff, Sudhir is a voracious reader and also enjoys listening old English classics.

Our journey together ….
…. started on 7th September 1997.

We are blessed with a son, Aniket Warrier born on 19th July 2003.

He is in class I and goes to Elizabeth Hall Shiv Niketan School (in Kalibari Marg). A very nice school, with a good teacher-student ratio. There are only 20 students in a class and each standard having just 3 divisions.

Aniket enjoys skating and is a yellow belt holder in Taekwondo.
